How Ranking Works on Dreamweaver

Hey all,
Here's how our ranking system works here in WhiteWolf... at least on the Dreamweaver server. We only grant ranks if we know you well, trust you, or know you in real life. If you hound to be promoted, chances are you won't be. If you find yourself promoted, it's because we like and trust you. If you do not wish to have a ranking you may resign and there won't be any hard feelings. This faction is based on friendship and trust. To be blunt, the better friends you are with the leaders, the better your chances on being promoted.

Leader: "there can be only 1" and sorry gang, I'm not giving it up-lol
Director: Tamerowell is it on Dreamweaver.
Marshals: This possition is given to those who have proven to be the most loyal, trustworthy, and responsible.
Executors: Only those motivated enough to help the faction grow by helping with inviting may have this possition.

As far as Executors go we don't really need a huge amount. It's kind of pointless to have lots because we can only invite so many members. If we are only 50 members for example, it's kinda silly having more than say 10 execs because they can only invite so many. Make sense? Any questions? Reply to this messege

Just to add to this post...
We are a level 3 faction now. Level 2 and 3 factions are pretty much the same only add 100 more members. Level 1 can only have 50 members, level 2 can have 100, and level 3 can have 200. The amount of Leaders stays the same between 2 and 3:
1 Leader
1 Director
4 Marshals
12 Executors
